Use this calculator for a side-by-side comparison of the monthly costs of the AccuConference 7.9¢ per minute plan and the flat rate plan based on your average usage.

The Total Cost for the Flat Rate plans assumes your participants will pay an average of 5.9¢ per minute for their long distance. If you are not responsible for reimbursing your participants for that amount, you do not have to include the Long Distance Charges in your total cost. We only include it for your reference.

Add a toll-free number to the flat rate plan:
You can also use that 5.9¢ as an estimate of what it would cost to add a toll free number to your conference call line. You can add a toll free number to your flat rate account by logging into your account management account. The cost is $2 per month plus 5.9¢ per minute for the usage.
